VILLA TAVERNA TORNO

Villa Taverna is a real estate complex located in the municipality of Torno (CO), featuring historical buildings built on land belonging to the Odescalchi family in around 1611. The property changed hands at the start of the nineteenth century and went to the Taverna counts, before finally becoming an asset of the Borromeo family.

The project involved recovering and restoring the villa buildings while making internal changes to create luxury apartments. The apartments, located on the shores of Lake Como, sit within a large century-old park and have all been restored to their former glory. All residential units were sold upon completion of the works.
