Real estate complex with a tertiary permitted use and administrative offices for a total usable area of about 27,000 sqm, of which 15,000 sqm are for industrial use and 12,000 sqm for office use. The complex is made up of three buildings that are to be considered integrated and complementary, both because of their design and functionality. For this reason, they can be subdivided in different, independent lots.
The complex was the main building in the Lorenteggio area, in fact it was the one that jumpstarted the development of the neighborhood which was recently completed with the construction of the Vodafone Village area. The structures facing via Kuliscioff (both intended for industrial and office use) showcased new building solutions using prefabricated square panels. The project was sold to Fondo Cariplo at the beginning of the 1990s.
