Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics guides SIC’s behavior according to criteria of fairness and responsibility, promoting relationships based on collaboration and mutual trust with all internal and external stakeholders. The company firmly believes that building a solid reputation and high reliability is a key factor in attracting investment, strengthening relationships with local institutions, increasing employee loyalty, enhancing human resource development, and ensuring fair and reliable relationships with suppliers.
Responsibility, trust, loyalty, integrity, fairness, transparency, efficiency, and meritocracy are the founding principles clearly stated in the Code of Ethics, as they are shared, applied, and constantly pursued by SIC and by all those who, in various capacities, collaborate with the company.
Model 231/2001
To ensure fairness and transparency in the conduct of corporate activities and in the management of business relationships, SIC has adopted an Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. This model is structured through procedures, safeguards, and tools designed to promote behaviors consistent with legal principles and prevent the risk of illegal acts occurring in the conduct of business.
