SIC has appointed a Supervisory Body (OdV), which is responsible for monitoring:

• effective ability of Model 231 to prevent the commission of the offenses set forth in Legislative Decree 231/2001,
• compliance with the provisions of Model 231 by the recipients,
• updating of Model 231.

The Supervisory Body, established as a single-member, was appointed by the company’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2025, in the person of:

SIC has adopted a whistleblowing policy aimed at providing employees, customers, suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders with a dedicated channel for reporting – even anonymously – any violations of the Code of Ethics, policies, directives, and company procedures in force, applicable laws and regulations pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, Model 231/2001, and the Code of Ethics.

The confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity is guaranteed, in compliance with applicable legislation.
