OROLOGIO SHOPPING CENTRE GESSATE
The Orologio Shopping Centre in Gessate is a mixed-use retail-office complex with parking spaces and an underground car park built on a site spanning around 30,000 m2 along the SS 11 Padana Superiore road.
The complex houses an Esselunga supermarket of approximately 4,800 m2, a five-storey office building with a basement level, and a retail area used as a department store, with warehouses and loading and unloading bays, the latter still owned by SIC. The entire complex has public outdoor parking and private covered parking spaces in the basement.
The building has a rectangular ground floor plan, in addition to a first-floor area, totalling around 5,000 m2. The spaces are divided into a sales area, warehouse, offices, and power plant and equipment.
