PL3-PL4 MILANO

PL4-PL4 is a real estate complex used for the industrial services industry and as administrative offices, with a total usable area of about 27,000 m² (15,000 m² for industrial use and 12,000 m² for office use). The complex comprises three integrated buildings that complement each other from an architectural and functional standpoint, allowing for the subdivision of independent lots.

PL3-PL4 is the progenitor building of the surrounding Lorenteggio Business District and spurred the neighbourhood’s development, which then culminated in the construction of the Vodafone Village complex.

The complex was sold to Fondo Cariplo in the early 1990s.
